Communities and networks are hugely important to me, so I help to run The Entrepreneur Network and I’m an evangelist at Launch48.
I’m a self-taught ICT techie, self-confessed motorbike nut, DnB raver, wannabe journo and ale drinker. I’m interested in identity, affiliation, and social capital.

I approached Spode towards the end of my Masters in International Business Management with the idea of starting a company together. Impressed by his original concept and his passion for developing JournoTwit, I saw the potential it had for targeting a niche audience in an industry that is experiencing radical evolution.
I am proud to describe justFDI as a small team of enthusiastic and insightful minds who work well together towards helping others and generally striving to improve the way we all experience the real-time web. The Entrepreneur Network
We run monthly seminars at the moment for entrepreneurs who have launched something and are trying to grow their companies. Typically we focus on topics like marketing and sales for startups and try to get 3 speakers in to give different insights and relay their experiences.
Some fairly ambitious and exciting ideas have been passed around which we are (at the time of writing) turning into plans. We hope to be able to connect entrepreneurs with the resources, advice, skills and connections that they need to do business.
